When you're with a customer, or not open, and people reach out, a quick response helps assure that lead doesn't move onto the next business.

With Tellhop, you can even customize a text menu for your business that allows that potential customer to get all the info they need without you ever having to intervene!

We call it an interactive text menu. You can see it in action here:

These menus are 100% customizable and can be configured to automatically send to a caller when you don't answer (missed call) or when someone first texts your business.

Here's how you can get one:

1. In the mobile app, click the 'Replies' section on the bottom navigation.

2. At the top, under Advanced replies, click the green box that says 'Add an interactive menu'. This will bring you to a Google Form where you'll tell our team what menu options you'd like!

3. Once the form is completed, our team will pull together a proof based on the responses in your form, and send it over to you via email for approval. 

4. Once you approve the proof, our team will create it, test it, and enable it for you. As soon as it's live, we'll email you instruction on how to test it.

NOTE: once it is live, you will be able to see the menu in the app. We're working on the ability for you to create and edit these menus directly in the app, but if you'd like something else, reach out and let us know!
